Here's a shot of the crown....so pretty the way it all swirls around ;0

To match, I'm using the other ball and a half for Fetching fingerless mitts....quick and easy...here's less than an hour of fast knitting action.....

Started my new job this week. I cannot tell you how much I love it. You'll just have to imagine me getting up cheerfully each morning, and coming home cheerfully each evening (or morning, depending on the call schedule) but knowing I won't get another call because I'm off...blessedly, totally, 100% OFF when I'm not clocked in...is just heaven. I feel like the weight of the world is off my shoulders....and my patients...oh my gosh...it's amazing when you're working with people who actually are trying to be healthy, and are cheerful about their pregnancies, and aren't chronically mentally or emotionally ill.......It seriously improves MY emotional health and well-being I must say! Thanks so much to everyone for your support and well wishes while I made this enormous change. All your positive energy and input helped both with the decision making and the transition. I hug you ALL!

I printed out Odessa ages ago and have never made it, may be a good choice for the nieces prezzies this year. I am glad you are happy with the new job, wishing you nothing but good times with it!!
I'm so, so happy to hear that you are loving your new job! Congratulations again!
Tis the season for Holiday knitting! That hat is gorgeous. Did you let her see it when you were done or is it a surprise?
The hat looks wunnerful in the Wooly Tweed. And I have a lot! Tell the man he looks hot, but show him his competition-Benne's DH in a poncho, and mine in scarves on Elann. He needs to step up!
What a welcome post about your new job! I was hoping for you that it was going to mean positive changes. I am so happy!
Odessa is cute. Not sure about that model tho'. ;-p
Your work is beautiful! I must get my needles and yarn whackin. How do you do it? I need a 36 hour day.
Delighted you are a happy camper workin a new lifestyle aka jobstyle. It sounds mighty fine to me. All the best in your new endeavors!
