I think things are only marked expert when someone couldn't pull their head out long enough to write succinct directions. That's the difference between an intermediate knit and an expert one. I think you can do it. Bliss tends to be a little convoluted in her directions, but the details are great.

I love the way the rib gazinta cables (haha) but what's with that goofy line? Can you engineer around it?junior_goddesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00014909174642487572noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36646287.post-68461840048981802902008-01-21T13:53:00.000-09:002008-01-21T13:53:00.000-09:00Oh I love that sweater. The best way to become an advanced knitter (indeed is there any other way?) is simply to start knitting "advanced" projects. ta-da.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36646287.post-49844359808942996112008-01-21T08:53:00.000-09:002008-01-21T08:53:00.000-09:00Oooohhh Lisa! Cables are *not* as difficult as you might think.

If you want to PM me your address via Ravelry (I'm Peppercat) I can send you some cable needles that will help a lot too - I used to work for the company & still have a small handfull of the "defectives" that are perfectly functional

~~MelanieNightOwlKnitshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10445244566062529516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36646287.post-82066163103521842542008-01-20T23:04:00.000-09:002008-01-20T23:04:00.000-09:00Divine jacket!
